Maud Booth Gardens
An apartment community consisting of 37 one-bedroom patio homes, Maud Booth Gardens is equipped with multiple amenities, including an accessible community room, laundry facilities, and an on-site manager. Four units meet needs for residents with physical disabilities.

Candleridge Plaza
Candleridge Plaza, an independent living apartment community for with at least 10 percent mobility impairment, includes 100 one-bedroom units with wheelchair-accessible showers. On-site amenities include laundry facilities, a beauty salon, and nutrition program. Rent is based on income, and a staff social worker assesses residents as they age and connects them with appropriate community resources.

Casa Grace
Casa Grace is a 45-unit independent living apartment community providing safe, affordable housing to low-income seniors ages 62 and older who might otherwise be forced to leave the community to find housing that fits their needs. Residents are required to pay no more 30 percent of their income toward rent. Casa Grace is operated through a partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
