A key element of that bold vision is building partnerships and integrating innovation into everything that we do as an organization. Chief Ministry Officer
Rev. James A. Marshall, Jr. serves as the National Chief Ministry Officer of Volunteers of America. In this role, Marshall leads the vision for Volunteers of America’s ministry of service and Church Without Walls. Marshall works to strategically position the organization as a national faith leader and resource for spiritual care.

Margaret Ratcliff
Executive Vice President of Affiliate Relations
Margaret Ratcliff, Executive Vice President of Affiliate Relations, joined Volunteers of America in 1980 as Associate Director of Volunteers of America Greater New Orleans. Following service as President and CEO in North Louisiana, she joined the national staff in 1988 as Regional Vice-President.
